development projects. Projects include the Hoyt-Schermerhorn development in downtown Brooklyn, New York, a
planned full city-block mixed-use development, the first phase of which included the design-oriented
development of modern reinterpretations of the traditional Brooklyn townhouse: 14 Townhouses.
