Morland Ventures was founded by Michael F. Orlandi, a real estate professional with experience in all property
types. Prior to his transition to the investment and development side of the real estate business, Mr. Orlandi
practiced law as a transactional real estate attorney at a New York City law firm, where he represented
institutional real estate lenders and private equity/opportunity funds in connection with large real estate
acquisitions, dispositions, developments, joint ventures and complex structured financings.
Services provided to internal projects and consulting clients include:
Michael Orlandi holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School, an M.S. in Real Estate Development from Columbia
University and a B.A. in Business Economics from Brown University. He is admitted as an attorney and licensed
as a real estate broker in New York and is an active member of the Harvard Real Estate Academic Initiative, the
Urban Land Institute and the Young Real Estate Professionals of New York.

- Detailed market and feasibility studies.
- Project and construction management.
- Property management and accounting.
