Morland Ventures is a boutique design-oriented real estate development, investment and consulting firm with
experience in development and investment in residential, office, retail and mixed-use properties.  In addition to
development and investment for its own account and joint ventures with capital partners, Morland Ventures
provides fee-based development and consulting services.


Morland Ventures is dedicated to responsible real estate development and investment projects that offer
attractive risk-adjusted returns while remaining sensitive to the context of surrounding neighborhoods and natural
